1. Eligibility and use of the Site

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

1.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and the laws of Malaysia.

1.3 You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware or any code designed to damage or disrupt the Site.

2. Your account

2.1 You may need an account to place orders. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email] if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3 We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used for fraud.

3. Products and product information

3.1 We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors, packaging and images may differ slightly from the actual product, and images may be for illustration only.

3.2 All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product descriptions at any time.

3.3 Where a product requires a certificate of safety or health compliance from a relevant authority, we will display or provide that certificate on request.

4. Prices and fees

4.1 All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price shown at checkout includes [Sales and Service Tax (SST), where applicable,] and states any delivery fee, handling fee or other charge before you confirm your order.

4.2 Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order.

5. Placing an order

5.1 Before you confirm your order, the checkout page lets you review and correct your items, quantities, delivery address and payment details.

5.2 After you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement by email [and/or in-app notification]. This acknowledgement confirms we received your order; it does not yet mean we have accepted it.

5.3 A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

5.4 We may decline or cancel an order, in full or in part, if the product is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full within [7] working days.

6. Payment

6.1 We accept the payment methods listed in Business Information. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways [e.g. name of gateway]. We do not store your full card details.

6.2 Your order is processed only after payment is successfully authorized, except for any cash-on-delivery option we may offer.

7. Delivery

7.1 We deliver to addresses within [Malaysia / list of areas]. Estimated delivery times are shown in Business Information and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees.

7.2 Delays may occur because of courier issues, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control. We will tell you if we expect a significant delay.

7.3 Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. Please check your parcel on delivery and report missing or damaged items within [48 hours] with photos.

7.4 If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no one was available after reasonable attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

9.1 Promotions, vouchers and points are subject to their own stated terms, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred unless stated.

9.2 We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 All content on the Site, including the Sentiasa Mart name and logo, text, images, graphics and software, belongs to us or our licensors.

10.2 You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

11. Reviews, feedback and other submissions

11.1 If you post reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish and translate it in connection with the Site.

11.2 Your content must be honest and must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights. You must not pretend to be someone else.

11.3 We may remove any content that breaches these Terms. We are not obliged to keep your feedback confidential or to pay for it.

12. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site to:

• break any law or encourage others to do so;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone;
• give false or misleading information;
• collect other users' personal data;
• send spam, phish, or run bots, scrapers or crawlers without our permission;
• interfere with or bypass the Site's security features.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you do any of these.

13. Third-party services and links

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
